Our Story

11th House Collective was born from a simple belief — that the most powerful healing happens when women come together.

Abbey and Sam found each other at a meaningful crossroads in both of their lives. They were each offering unconventional modalities for healing, collaborating in fluid and organic ways, when one day their two minds merged around a shared vision — a world where women could find real connection and real healing, in community. And just like that, 11th House was born.

Abbey brings pointed astrological insight. Samantha provides the holistic integration tools to make those insights land in the body and stick in real life. Together they built something neither could build alone.

The 11th house in astrology rules community, friendship, and the people who become your chosen family. It is the house of collective vision — of what we can build together that we could never build alone.

It is our mission to create a space where women can heal, align, and emerge — together.

She took her studies seriously, took odd jobs in the space, and learned the way she always has, by doing. It became clear this was the aligned decision. As her own first client, she healed serious burnout, reignited a passion she hadn't felt in years, and continued building financial security while veering away from the traditional path. Now she helps women do the same.

Today, Abbey works with women at career crossroads, the ones who no longer recognize the person clocking in each day. She has guided clients through major career transitions, burnout recovery, and the kind of identity shifts that don't show up on a resume but change everything. Her readings are so much more than a birth chart analysis. She weaves her background in neuroscience, leadership,  coaching, and astrology to provide a deeply intentional, personal experience.

Abbey believes your chart is a tool, the greatest tool you have, and she has dedicated her work to helping women learn how to use it.

Abbey holds a degree in behavioral neuroscience from the University of Colorado, multiple astrology certifications, and is currently completing her diploma at Kepler College.

Abbey Rose is a corporate leader turned career astrologer and coach, helping ambitious women align their lives with their chart - and stop building futures that look good on paper but feel wrong in their gut.

Abbey brings an impressive corporate background, having climbed to Recruitment Director by 26 in the healthcare staffing industry - leading teams, building programs, and achieving what was supposed to feel like success. At 28, she took another promotion, hoping it would quiet the growing noise of boredom and unfulfillment that had been building for years. Instead, she experienced burnout, real burnout, for the first time in her life. Work, her career, this thing she loved, no longer interested her. What is happening to me? she wondered.

She had always loved astrology, having discovered it in middle school. She was fascinated by the ability to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, to make decisions that are aligned versus safe. As her corporate career grew, so did her interest in manifestation, astrology, and spirituality. By the time burnout swallowed her whole, it was this interest that pulled her out of her slumber.

She became her own first client. She wanted to see if she could use her chart to figure out what she actually loved. And as the vision became clearer, as she learned her strong leadership abilities, her desire for creative freedom, her strong intellect, her easy-to-bore mind, her quick-to-learn nature, and even her obsessive interest in the spiritual, were all in her chart. She already knew herself. She just had to start acting like herself.

Samantha is a clinical therapist turned wellness coach and international retreat facilitator, guiding women back to themselves through deeply transformative, mind-body experiences. With a foundation in trauma-informed care and years in intensive mental health settings, her approach blends clinical depth with holistic healing. After her own journey through chronic physical and mental illness and recovery, she expanded beyond traditional therapy to create spaces where women can reconnect, realign, and step into lives that feel truly their own.

From a young age, she knew she was meant to support others. Inspired by her grandmother, a psychologist in New York City, and the wellness-centered world she was immersed in, she felt an early pull toward understanding people on a deeper level. At just 10 years old, during one of her first therapy experiences, something unusual happened; her therapist began sharing her own life story. While she now recognizes how deeply unprofessional that was, at the time it felt like an honor. It awakened something in her. All she wanted to do was help.

She followed that calling academically, earning her undergraduate degree in clinical psychology from the University of Iowa. But as she began her master’s program in clinical therapy, her path took an unexpected turn. She started experiencing seizures and complex neurological symptoms that ultimately forced her to step away from school and confront her health in a profound way.

That chapter became a defining moment. What began as a setback evolved into a deep, personal commitment to healing the mind, body, and soul. She immersed herself in understanding the connection between emotional, physical, and psychological well-being, not just through textbooks, but through lived experience. She was her own personal case-study! And through that work, she not only reclaimed her health, remaining seizure-free since 2017...but gained a level of insight that would later shape everything she does.

She returned to complete her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University and stepped into the field with both clinical training and lived wisdom. Her work spanned substance abuse treatment, community mental health, and eventually a role as a therapist on the adult intensive treatment unit in a psychiatric hospital. It was here that she developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, holding space for individuals in some of their most vulnerable and critical moments. The experience challenged her, expanded her, and solidified her ability to meet people with both skill and depth.

She later transitioned into outpatient and private practice, where she built meaningful relationships with clients and embraced the flexibility of virtual work. While this chapter was deeply rewarding, it also revealed the limitations of the traditional mental health system—insurance constraints, evolving telehealth regulations, and the reality that true, transformative healing often extends beyond what clinical models allow.

So she expanded.

Today, she integrates her clinical background with a more holistic, intuitive approach as a wellness coach and retreat facilitator. She leads experiences around the world designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more embodied way, moving beyond coping and into true alignment.

She works with women at pivotal moments—the ones who feel burnt out, disconnected, or quietly unfulfilled. Through a blend of clinical knowledge, emotional depth, and experiential healing, she helps her clients navigate inner blocks, rediscover their voice, and build lives that feel grounded, expansive, and fully their own.

Her work is rooted in both science and soul, but more than anything, it’s rooted in the belief that healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to who you’ve always been.
